The applicant must be a person of good character and professional standing with no pending issues affecting conduct or discipline.
The Certificate of Good Standing will NOT be issued under the following circumstances:

Step 3: Complete the application, upload affidavit, and proceed to payment.

The CGS will be emailed to you. A download link will be provided once issued.
SLMC can send CGS directly to foreign medical councils or authorities upon request. It will be emailed by the next working day before 11:00 a.m.

The Doctors’ ID Card will NOT be issued under the following circumstances::
Step 1: Log in to Your SLMC Account
Step 2: Online Application Submission.
Once payment is completed, your application will be officially submitted. You will receive both SMS and Email confirmations of submission.
Please note:
SLMC does not post or courier the ID card hard copy to any postal address. If you are unable to come, please send a nominee with the “Nominating a Person” form to collect the hard copy (Please refer to the Downloads Menu of the SLMC Website for the form).
There is no expiry date for the issued ID card.
